For Denise Healy, helping people reach their goals goes far beyond investments. As the Special Projects Coordinator, Denise pairs a curious nature with an extraordinary attention to detail to be a jack of all trades for the clients at Pelorus Capital Management. Her passion is to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans to give clients confidence and comfort in their ability to meet their unique financial goals.
Before coming to Pelorus, Denise gained over two decades of experience in financial services at Baker & Associates and Perigon Wealth Management. As a loyal, resourceful individual with a knack for perseverance, she gained a reputation for always going above and beyond expectations for clients. A lifelong learner, Denise pairs her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation with a certificate in Personal Financial Planning from the University of California, Irvine. Furthermore, she’s a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA).
Denise’s compassionate nature extends far beyond her professional responsibilities. She supports the Boot Campaign, which honors and helps restore the lives of veteran and military families, supports the City of Hope, which makes a difference for those effected by cancer, supports the Childrens Hospital of Orange County (CHOC), which nurtures, advances, and protects the health & wellbeing of children, and also supports Caterina’s Club whose mission is to provide warm meals, affordable housing assistance, and job training to homeless and low-income families throughout Southern California.
A lifelong resident of Southern CA, Denise loves taking sunrise/set walks, spending time with family & friends, camping, and traveling. Her great love of animals (especially dogs!) is only matched by her passion for a morning – and afternoon – cup of coffee. When Denise gets some time to herself, you’ll find her reading a good book, playing word puzzles or chess, or rooting on her beloved New York Yankees!
